What data of yours we keep, what for, and how to ask us to delete it.

The short version
We keep your email if you join the launch list, and a log of visits to the site. We do not sell data to anyone, there is no third-party advertising, and you can ask us to delete yours by writing to hola@qcrew.co.
Your email, if you sign up
When you leave your email we store: the address, your name if you typed one, whether you come as a visitor, creator or brand, the language you were reading in, and the date.
We use it to tell you when we open and to share how it is going. Nothing else. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address from our sending list.
The tramadómetro
When you check a link we store: the link, your email, whether you ticked the updates box, the language, the date and the result. From your connection and your browser we do not keep the IP address itself, only a fingerprint, used solely to count the free checks.
To check it, the link and what we read from it are sent to an artificial intelligence provider —Google Gemini or Groq— that searches the web for sources. Your email and your fingerprint are not sent to anyone.
We use your email to protect the free-check limit. Only if you ticked the updates box do we add it to our sending list, with the same one-click unsubscribe link.
The visit log
Every visit is recorded with: the IP address, the page viewed, the date, the browser, the site you came from if you followed a link, and the approximate country and city that IP maps to.
This is kept even if you decline measurement cookies, because it is the server's operating and security log: it is what lets us see an attack, understand an outage and know who to block. What declining changes is that we do not attach an identifier tying your visits together.
These logs delete themselves after 90 days.
Security and blocks
If someone tries to force their way into the admin panel or probe the site for holes, we record those attempts with their IP and block that address temporarily.
That history is kept for 30 days. No automatic block is permanent. If you think we blocked you by mistake, write to hola@qcrew.co and we will lift it.
Who we share with
Nobody, other than two things: the server the site lives on, and a service that tells us which country an IP belongs to. That last one only ever receives the IP, never your email or your name.
There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no ad networks. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not do it today, and if that ever changed we would ask you first.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to hola@qcrew.co and we will answer. In Costa Rica this is backed by Law 8968 on the Protection of Persons regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, and you may turn to the data protection agency (Prodhab) if you feel we did not handle it properly.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a child has left us data, write to us and we will delete it.
