What this is
qcrew is a search engine for the content of creators from Costa Rica. We gather profiles and links to videos already published on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram in one place, so they are easier to find.
The site is still being built, and all that is available today is this page and the launch list. These terms already apply to that use.
We do not host videos
We do not store, copy or re-upload anyone's content. We keep links, titles and public profile data, and the video plays from the platform where its author published it.
That means views, comments and revenue stay with the original platform and the creator. We send people there; we do not keep them here.
Profiles built from public information
Some profiles are built from information that is already public on the platforms: channel name, picture, description, follower count and links to videos.
If you are a creator and you appear here, you can claim your profile to run it yourself, ask us to correct something, or ask us to take it down. Write to hola@qcrew.co and we will sort it out. We will not ask you to justify why.
Your account, once we open
When the site opens you will be able to create an account. You are responsible for what happens through it and for keeping your password safe.
We may suspend an account used to deceive, impersonate someone, scrape the site automatically or attack the platform. If that happens we will tell you and explain why.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
There are two ways to pay, and they are worth telling apart because they do not undo the same way. Anything that lasts over time is billed every period: your membership and the extra categories on your profile. Anything you buy and keep is billed once: an extra link on your profile, or opening a message someone sent you.
The only money we give back is the membership. Nothing else is refundable: not extra categories, not an extra link, not a message you opened. A link and a message are delivered on the spot, and there is no way to return what you have already seen or already published; an extra category put you under that topic for the period you paid for, and that cannot be undone either.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and it is what you can do with anything billed per period. You can cancel your membership and your extra categories whenever you want: they stop being billed at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep using that period until it ends. What was already charged does not come back, but you are not charged again.
If you bought individual links and later move to a plan that already includes them all, what you spent on them is credited once against the charge for that plan. Once credited they are used up: they are not credited again, and they are not refunded separately.
Your card number never passes through our servers: the payment gateway receives it directly. We store only the amount, the date and the last four digits.
What you post
If you upload or link content, it stays yours. Putting it here gives us permission to show it inside qcrew and in the site's own search results. Nothing more: we do not sell it or license it to third parties.
That permission ends when you remove the content or close your account.
What we cannot promise
The site is offered as it is. We take care that the information is right, but much of it comes from third parties and can go out of date.
A review you see here is the opinion of whoever made it, not ours. If you go somewhere because of a recommendation you found here, that decision is yours.
Changes to these terms
If we change something important we will say so on the site and, if you are on the mailing list, there too. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
